Hello All! I am extremely excited to introduce to you the Pantone color of 2011! Honeysuckle (18-2120 to be exact)! Before you dismiss Honeysuckle as just another pink & girly color, you might want to hear what this cheery color is all about. According to Pantone, Honeysuckle is "Courageous. Confident. Vital. A brave new color, for a brave new world. Let the bold spirit of Honeysuckle infuse you, lift you and carry you through the year." Honeysuckle is also known to ward off feelings of stress and to invite positivity into your everyday life! I don't know about you, but I am a huge believer in the power of color psychology and this color seems to be perfect for getting back on track for 2011!

i want you to know that i was vehemently against honeysuckle as the color of the year- however, your pictures and captions have swayed me. i may not be incorporating it into my everyday, and while i totally wish they chose some beautiful charcoal color... ;) i don't hate honeysuckle. your blog is beautiful, parris.
